Introduction Goal Our goals for usability testing are: To identify problems in our apps To uncover opportunities for improvements Core elements of usability testing Moderator Moderate the flow of the testing process, observe how users interact with the app, pay attention to their facial expressions, and help users express their thoughts while using the app. The moderators are: 1) NurDiya Husna   2) Nur Hafizatul Wafa Tasks Activities that we want the user to test are the primary tasks that our app is designed for. In this task list, we also include space for users to comment on each task and provide feedback on the overall system. Participants The participants should be realistic users who might use our app, ideally teachers or educators. However, due to limitations, we could not find realistic users, so the participants for our usability testing is our three classmates.
